Winter!! Yes, Winter! When spring comes around practically everyone is putting their home on the market as this is the percieved best time. And fair enough, the most homes go on the market in spring and sellin in summer. That said, for a variety of reasons, homes that list in winter sell faster on average - basically is a supply and demand game!
