If you like 12 oz. certified Angus beef flame broiled Burgers this is the pace for you. Grover’s Bar and Grill is the famous Burger restaurant for locals and has become the “Place to Go” for out of towners as well.

It is a small place with a cozy atmosphere, excellent serving staff, don’t try calling to make a reservation, if you get there at rush hour you have to be patient to get seated, depending on the crowd and the number of people in your party it may take 30 to 45 plus minutes to get a table, interesting thing to get a table you have to sign your name on a chalkboard that is located close to the bar area. If you go early in the day during the week, usually you will get seated almost immediately.
Hours of operation Monday through Thursday 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday and Saturday 11:00 am – 11:00 pm
Sunday Closed
Also, keep in mind that this is a CASH only establishment.
Most waiters have worked at Grover’s for many years; they are very patient and if it is your first time they are always helpful explaining the menu and tell the story of the Restaurant, talk about celebrity guests visits like Guy Fieri and “Diners – Drive – Ins and Dives”.
Grover’s Bar and Grill is known for the “Groverburger”, The Bruiser, The Cattleman Burger and the “Cheeseburger Soup” it also offers Sandwiches, Salads (I usually order Groverburger over salad, is you want to cut down on carbs) and from “The Greases Pit” local favorites like Buffalo Wings. They also have weekly specials.
Some locals believe that the house was Grovers Bar and Grill is located once was Presidents Grover Cleveland’s hunting lodge. Unfortunately, I was not able to find any documentation about this so in my mind is remains an urban legend
