Aurora/Centennial CO Home Sales 80015 for the month of January showed a significant drop in  sales with an average 28 days on market.    The average sales price was $341,614  (an increase from $323,376 from December) and sellers saw 99.61% to list price.    For January, there were 58  (down from 86 in December) total sales of single detached family homes.   Real estate in South Aurora/Centennial has been very good the past few years!

The lowest price Aurora/Centennial CO home sold in the month of January 2016 was $193,000 and was in Summer Valley

As of today, there are 49 active detached single family homes (compared to almost 300 two years ago) ranging from $239,995 to $799,000.    There are 115 showing under contract ranging from $270,000 to $715,000.

Sales data is relevant when you look back only six months.   This shows what the market is doing today.  Amazing December had such strong sales!

 

 


 

 

Days on market have remained very low, as homes in 80015 are a HOT commodity!

Hi Joan -- I think showing photos of the homes sold at both ends of the pricing spectrum provides a nice "reality" check for relocating buyers as well as those already living in the Aurora/Centennial area.
