South Riding Mid Week Update 1/30/2016 - 2/3/2016

I wanted to provide a mid week update for South Riding. there are currently 30 homes for sale. 3 homes new to the market; 2 traditional sale town homes and 1 traditional sale detached homes. 6 homes received a contract; 3 traditional sale town homes and 3 traditional sale detached homes. 3 homes were reported sold; 1 traditional sale condos  and 2 traditional sale town homes. There are 2 homes coming soon.   I will provide a more details in next week's Weekly Update.
