While most people consider the three S's: Schools, Shopping, and Safety, it is apparent that some neighborhoods have certain special attributes that stand out from other communities. Examples of these attributes have included Farmer's Markets, specific community events, and geographic benefits like high hills with great views. We have attempted to capture a bit of that in our short descriptions, but we know that we are not "thinking about all the possibilities".
Going forward, I am soliciting ideas for attributes that people have considered in their search when selecting an area for their new home. If folks would be so kind to share them in the comments below, I would appreciate it.
