I was recently surprised to be notified by a friend, he spied an online article that considered me one of the Top #10 San Diego Realtors, for my work In La Jolla and beyond with my clients. I had no idea this was written. It's based on online reviews and feedback outlets for how I treat my clients. I'm quite honored.
I truly enjoy living and working in UTC/La Jolla, aka The Golden Triangle. This is where the neighborhoods of the UCSD campus, La Jolla, Sorrento Valley/Sorrento Mesa & University City all converge. It's pretty cool, at one intersection you can literally be in three different zip codes, depending on how you cross the street (and be 1 block from the East-end of the UCSD campus-which I love to hike through with my dog, all the way to La Jolla Shores).
When you are new to San Diego, you can get easily confused by locals throwing around neighborhood names like UTC (University Towne Centre) and "Golden Triangle" (the natural triangle 3 of our freeways make in the same area). But, after 13 years living here in UTC, and I'ved literally lived in all three UTC neighborhoods: first La Jolla, then University City and now Sorrento Mesa, you realize there's not a "bad" street here and it's all so quintessential San Diego in look and vibe. I eve moved my office here, originally to La Jolla, recently to walking distance from my home, in Technology Park's Sunroad Corporate Centre.
I love many neighborhoods in San Diego, from La Jolla to Downtown, Flethcher Hills to Eastlake and pretty much anything coastal! I'm a natural explorer and I treasure hunt neighborhood facts. If you are ever looking to buy, sell or invest, especially In UTC/La Jolla, I'm your man, fan & Realtor!
