How Many Things Are You Afraid of?

R U Living Life as a Spectator?

Seriously folks, these are very serious groups of words - above and in the title of this information. How many thousands of $ or maybe even millions of $ have you lost out on because you are allowing FEAR as your DISABILITY in your life?

Take a look at Jessica Cox in Tucson who flies an airplane with her feet. She has no arms. She puts her contacts in with her toes. Born in 1983, and is a motivational speaker now.

Has this changed your thinking any?

You could visit a couple Toastmaster clubs, find the one you feel most welcomed in and join for $64. for six months, become proactive every week by talking one minute, two minutes, three minutes or up to seven minutes and change your life over a few years, for you, maybe a few months.

Interesting question - I would say 'many things' Dan Dee McGinnis, DTM, NADOTA!  I know that fear can be paralyzing, because it can stop us in our tracks from doing things that could lead to our "Next Adventure in Life".  It's sometimes the easy route that keeps us where we are, while having the courage to step out of our personal Comfort Zone could be fabulous . . .  except for fear of failure . . .  having that 'Leap of Faith' could be very rewarding.

Fear can definitely get in the way of having a full and productive life. I've been afraid of a few things and have faced them head on, when I was ready. One was public speaking -- but I pushed myself and eventually was able to give presentations in front of hundreds of people and have fun with it. The other was a fear of heights which I have been working on and definitely making progress. I'm don't think I have any other major fears but I guess they could pop up and I'd have to decide whether to address them.
