Wow Stephen Fells ! Some photographers are in a hurry to shoot the real estate photos. I always wait for people to move out of the scene. Although, I did shoot a bedroom once where the "teenage" was under the blankets "too tired" to get up. Looked like a lumpy mattress. 
What the heck! Talk about "taste specific" decorating. OMG.
I had a friend who decorated one of her guest rooms in an African decor....lots of wood carvings and animal prints, giraffe and elephant figurines. It was gorgeous. This? Not so much!
