CENTRAL FLORIDA'S BEST HOME AND GARDEN SHOW EVENT
The 2016 show features exciting and engaging headliners including Bravo Star, Jeff Lewis from “Flipping Out” and Food Network Star, Chef Emily Ellyn (the Retro Rad Chef). Also appearing will be Tom MacCubbin, best known to Floridians as host of the syndicated radio program “Better Lawns & Gardens.”
Whether you're planning on living in your current home years to come, just purchased a home or just wondering what's in and trendy in the home, Home and Garden Show is an event for you!
Many potential homebuyers will decide within the first few minutes of pulling up to the driveway of the house whether or not to enter the home based on it's curb appeal. Why not capture every single potential homebuyer by inviting them in? To create a good curb appeal doesn't have to cost thousands of dollars but must be done intentionally. You could get many ideas which you could apply to your own home at the Home and Garden Show.
How about that outdated kitchen? There are some great ideas that could change the look of the entire kitchen. We're not interior decorators, designers or homestagers but we could all get ideas and apply them into our own home. I've visited the Home and Garden Show in Orlando FL in the past and have applied some of the ideas I got at the event and didn't cost me to mortgage my house!
It's not just a Home Show
There will be Food and Beverages inside the Convention Center throughout the event but if you wish to explore outside of the Convention Center, you're in for a treat!! International Drive has many restaurants that attract visitors as well as locals. Some of my favorite restaurants are; Maggiano's Little Italy, Cuba Libre and The Capital Grille. This year's special guests are Food Network's Retro Rad Chef Emily Ellyn and Brian Santos, The "Wall Wizard".
Plan on spending the entire day at the event. There will be hundreds of vendors at the event and you may not be able to visit each one in couple of hours. I would suggest arriving in the morning, take a lunch break(perhaps explore the I-Drive area) and come back to the event.
You're probably going to have to pay to park: There is no parking on International Drive itself, you would have to drive around the side streets to find a free parking and walk. Those who wish to park at the Convention Center, parking fee for the event attendees is $9.00 per day.
If you are a homeowner in Clermont, Minneola, Winter Garden thinking about selling your home or looking to buy a home, I would love to hear from you. Call me at 407-929-1852 or visit www.WhereToLiveInOrlando.com
