Is It Spring Yet?
There have been MANY robin sitings in our area this week following the groundhog day prediction of spring being on the way sooner than later.
Below is a picture posted by one of my clients, Becky Garms. This is by far the most I have seen posted in one place all at once!
It got me thinking about how everyone is so excited to skip winter. This week was our first snow day...and it didn't really snow very much at all. And now we have more time of daylight, so it feels like it almost over. Especially since I am leaving in 12 days for a mini-vacation to Florida!
But back to real estate, the market is starting to feel like spring too with several listings ready to go on the market in the next couple of weeks. The advantage of the mild winter has been the number of buyers that are out there looking already!
I love the spring season, especially the daffodils and tulips that will be blooming in the garden. And the longer days and daylight savings time is coming up soon too! There is so much to be thankful for this winter. Let's hope that the mild winter continues. The cats are looking forward to spring too, they will be spending more time outside as the temperatures warm up and snow disappears!
Keep smiling!
Karen
