Activerain Meetup Denver had Lots of New Faces - It is always great to get together with fellow Activerain members and this past thursday was no exception even if there was a noticeable absence of some of the usual suspects..... apparently there is a big footbll game this weekend and some of the local rainers have already headed off to Santa Clara I understand there were some other Activerain royalty in Denver earlier in the week and those that met with them decided two trips to Denver in a week might be a little much.
Nevertheless, we had a great time. It was good to catch up with the regulars, Joan Cox and Will Hamm and share their knowledge and success stories with newer Activerain members such as Christine Yedo Johnson and Deb Kirschbaum , a couple very experienced Denver agents as well as two new agents and new Activerain members Dawn Horras and Sarah Tucker and as always lurking in the shadows was Thrive Real Estate Systems
There were tales of successful referrals from other AR members from around the country and conversations aboiut what type of blog posts make the most sense when starting out, how to generate business quickly with your posts (localism and niche markets) and who to and how to really connect with in the AR community to create long lasting relationships .
I love these meetups and only wish I could travel the country and join in every other meetup, I wonder if there is a business model there... Bob Stewart & Ben Kinney does Activerain have a need for a traveling ambassador, I am up for the chal;lenge.
