It always makes us laugh when buyers say to us well its a buyers market so we would like to make an offer below asking price. And then the kicker is normally there either was an agent showing the house before we were there or one waiting to show. We have come to the conclusion that sometimes you have to let them lose one, before they will ready to really listen.
