Low inventory and high buyer demand translate to quick sale. There is no better time than now to list one's house.

Myrl the is a huge decrease in sales from the same time last year.  I thought the CA market was hot all over.

George Souto - Our market suffers from a shortage of good inventory.  And, it contributes to the lowered numbers.  However, in spite of few homes on the market, more went to pending, and we were about even on solds.

The rates for FHA dropped to 3.5% and conventional is at 3.75% this morning, which makes it a hot bed for buyers but we have no freakin' inventory in Sacramento. As I pointed out to a seller yesterday tho it doesn't mean everything is flying into escrow. A part of East Sac has 16 listings and 14 were listed in December.
