Renton Highlands Condo Sales Prices
For five straight years, prices for condos in the Renton Highlands have increased as demand for affordble, low maintenance living continues to outpace inventory.
In 2015 prices varied greatly with the lowest priced 1 Bedroom unit selling for $51,000 and the highest priced 3 Bedroom Townhome going for just over $375,000.
Depending on what type of home you're looking for, and your budget, you're going to see a wide variety of properties in the East Highlands market. Communities range in age from those built in the mid-seventies, to new stacked style Townhomes with garages. Sizes range from just under 600 sq. ft to nearly 2000 square feet.
One of the most important pieces of information you need to have when shopping for your new condo is the monthly amount for Home Owners Association dues and what those dues cover. Over the last few years, dues have increased significantly in many complexes and this amount will be factored into your loan payment approval amount, so make sure you're not just shopping home price, but also the monthly HOA obligation. Last year, dues ranged from $85 per month to $470....a huge difference for sure!
