This was such a great article from the Puget Sound Business Journal that I just had to share! The number of home sold in Washington State for 2015 exceeded the previous high from 2007.
It's awesome news for Washington homeowners!!! Wonder what will happen this spring? Home prices are predicted to remain strong!

Dramatic increases in number of sales and median prices in the state of Washington. Interesting statistics. The continuing low interest rates and spring around the corner should contribute to strong sales in the months ahead. Spokane/Kootenai area home sales peaked in 2005 at over 8,000 and the 2015 sales through the MLS are under 7,000. Median sales prices are up here too. Thanks for sharing the PSJB article.
