Build Traffic With Local Listings

Services for Real Estate Pros

Part of growing your real estate web site is the search engine marketing. This is the off-page marketing that helps your website rank on the major search engines for your keywords. You certainly want to get links with high page rank, high trust flow, high citation flow, high domain authority, and high page authority. Where do you get these? For search engine marketing companies, that is what they do. Their purpose and guarantee should be some measured goal that increases your business.

What if you do not want to hire anyone for this right now? That is certainly the choice of any business. Another place to start is to add local directories and citation sites. The larger ones are Google My Business, Yahoo local, and Bing local. There are 100's of these sites that you can use to let people know your business is out there. Most of these are free. Click here to see most of the sites. Be careful if you have to pay to get these listings. For some, you do have to pay for them but there are inexpensive ways to get all of them. Send me a note if you have questions.

This is a great way to start building some high quality links and traffic without going into a contract for SEO services if your current advertising budget does not allow this.
