“Safe Internet Day” -- 2GB of free cloud storage "today only"
Maybe it is not really free -- you will need to invest a minute or so of your 
time. But it is something that you should be doing anyway. Google will give you the extra 2GB of cloud storage for completing a "Security checkup" by February 11, 2016.
Did you know that you already have 30GB of free cloud storage from Google? And if you add the free 2GB you will have 32GB of free storage.
This can be used in Gmail, Photos, and Google Drive. If you are not using it now, you should be able to copy all of your files in Google Drive. Although if you have tons of photos or huge files, you may need more.
Go to the "Security Checkup". Just follow the simple instructions and you will be done quickly.
During the process you can check permissions, recovery information, passwords and more to be certain that your account and your information are safe. More information at the Official Google Blog.
