How Quickly Can You List My Home?
It is always nice when your phone rings with a referral. An agent in Richmond, VA was trying to find a 
Bristow, VA agent to sell his brother's home in Braemar. When I connected with the agent making the referral he told me that his brother was really wanting to talk to someone today. Mind you, I was in my pajamas at the time.
Next call was to his brother, the Braemar home owner. When I asked if he would be available later in the day, he stressed the urgency of now. An hour was the best I could do. I showered, ran comps and prepped my listing paperwork. He was going to be a forty minute appointment happening right before a home inspection I had with another Bristow client that day.
This was truly the fastest turnaround I had ever seen. Forty minutes had us going over home prep (complete with a tour of the home,) comps and listing paperwork. Forty minutes after entering the home, I was leaving with a signed listing agreement.
If you want to know how quickly I can list your home, apparently the answer is one hour and forty minutes. Maybe thirty minutes faster if you don't catch in my pajamas and my schedule allows. It certainly pays to know the local market like the back of my hand, and to know my listing paperwork backward and forward.
