Welllll, yes- LakeLand Village in Allyn WA is currently experiencing record low
homes for sale inventory.
With only 12 homes and one condominium for sale in LakeLand Village, that is the lowest I have seen inventory drop to in my 16 year career with Windermere Peninsula Properties in Allyn/Belfair.....
Amazing and sort of disappointing as there are so many prospective buyers actively searching for their new or first home or vacation home, and well , there's NOTHING TO really LOOK AT that they haven't already seen and fits the bill for their criteria.
