Five Bedroom Homes for Sale Delta CO Real Estate Market News Feb 2016

This real estate market report covers the five bedroom and larger homes for sale in and outside of Delta. Any of these properties in the 81416 zip code that are listed in the local MLS (multiple listing service) are included in this report.

This information does include manufactured homes. With Delta being a rural area, there aren't a lot of five bedroom and larger homes for sale, but there is a wide variety of them.

Here's a look at what is currently on the market:

• There are six active listings.
• There are four homes pending a sale.
• The prices start at $112,000 and go up to $699,000.
• House sizes start at 1667 square feet and go up to 4900 feet. 
• One listing has six bedrooms.
• Three of the listings are out of town on acreage lots. 
• Four of the homes are priced below $170,000. 
• The average listed price is $301,000.
• The median listed price is $163,250.
• No five bedroom homes have sold in the last month.

This information has changed a bit since last month's report. We now have more of these homes under contract.
