Who knew right?
On February 11th, Don’t Cry Over Spilled Milk Day is observed by many as a day to think positive. A day for looking on the bright side of things then carry that with you every day after. 
As Real Estate agents there are things we can't always control...The buyers who want to see every home on the market, or changes their minds at the very last second, or insist on offering way below list price "just to see." The sellers who think there home is worth WAY more than it is, or refuses to clean up before showings, or refuses to take the offers that you know they should. Real Estate can be stressful, heck, it IS stressful! But lets at least take this one day to not worry and not stress over the little things (only the big ones because we are Real Estate Agents and no stress wouldn't feel right).
Life is too short to let the little things bother us.
