Yes, it is true. I have been busy and haven't found time to keep up with my blog. However I'm not sure anyone noticed. Not even my own family...what's up with that? No worries. Being busy for the most part is a good thing. Not only am I a real estate agent, I'm also the main caregiver for my kids. Not really a stay at home dad, but a working dad that has a great job that is very flexible and that I really enjoy. Lately I've been busy with both. I have two listings that have very active lately along with a couple of new buyers. That is all good. At home my son was sick for four days and then had select soccer tryouts (yes he tried out when he was sick) over the next week. He was back to school for a week and now he is sick again. The doctor gave him some medication and should be fine in three or four days. By the way he did make the team. What does all this mean? Well now that we got all the stuff out of the way we can get back to the blog.
As I said above, I have been pretty busy with real estate over the past couple of weeks. Business in this area is still going strong. The prices are starting to drop a little bit and that has allowed more buyers into the price range for this market. From what I am seeing and hearing from the other agents this could be the going on for the next several months if not for the rest of the year. That is all good and could mean a very good a busy year for us agents the Snohomish county area.
