Wow, this was an eye opening article from the Seattle Times!  I knew that more people were moving to Seattle becasue of all the amazing job opportunites in companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Starbucks, and T-Mobile.  I just didn't know that we have increase 9.8% since 2010.

Seattle has made it on the Top 10 List for the 1st time on the List of the 50 Biggest U.S. Cities Population Denisity.  New York took the top spot with San Francisco coming in 2nd.  Seattle is just below Los Angeles.

Here's a link to the article:  http://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/data/seattle-density-doesnt-have-to-be-a-dirty-word/.

Density is good and bad ... it's good for those who already own real estate, that just shows that the values are going to continue their steady growth because there is demand for housing!  It's bad for those who don't own a home yet, but with the low interest rates you can still find a home that fits your budget.

It's a great time to invest in Seattle!!

Wow, that is very interesting information.  As I believe, the area doesn't have unlimited expansion area, does it?  Buyers need to be aware of this as it could mean that real estate will become more expensive.

Hello Katricia ... this I can believe because I have friends in the construction business that have been working on the sky scrapers in downtown Seattle, they say it's booming there!
