Do our spirits go through that time of the month? You bet! Both for men and women. As with anything in life, our spirits go through cycles as well. These cycles allow us to shed old patterns of thoughts, habits and experiences that no longer serve our highest good.
By releasing, we create room within our minds and hearts to welcome in new opportunity. For our spirits, this process comes in the form of "tests." Pay mind to what triggers you in life and become unafraid to face that reality. Door have greatly opportunities to open for you to see and create resolutions.
When we learn something new and put it into practice, Universe, God (which ever terms you prefer) will happily test us on what we learned to help refine our character to expand on our spiritual grow in the human form.
