Somewhere this week I recall hearing UNTIL being an important word to keep in mind. And I passed that along to a friend of mine. The friend had indicated they were burnt out, and I mentioned to them, UNTIL! a very important word, and when you think of it and say it, it can seem to change your mind set a little if you are becoming burned out.
Just DECIDE that you will UNTIL, you get it, until you learn how to, until you succeed.
Something else I heard this week, and it made sense that the number was high and right. 85% of what we hear comes from negative instead of positive. When you think about only 15% of a full tank of gasoline, or only 15% of a gallon of water or only having 15% of what you would like to have for a good meal, is a very small amount.
We have to be experiencing positive events or listening and reading positive experiences, thoughts, quotes every day just in order to keep from drowning in that stagnated nasty smelling negativity out there in the world.
