While the rest of the country is freezing...my Facebook page is filled with post after post of screen shots of terrifyingly cold weather reports.
It's going to be close to 90° here!
At only 9am, I've switched from coffee to ice tea! It's rough here people!! I'm sitting on my deck watching the kayaks on Lake Mission Viejo.
Our housing inventory is starting to fill up, buyers are out and the sun is warm. Let's find a home with a pool! :)
Wow that is toasty. It has been very mild here this week and we are expected to hit 72 by Thursday. That should melt the mountains of snow and maybe then I will have a lake in front of my house.
Oh wow, Karen. It's very low 20's here in Charlotte, which is really cold for us and we might even get some icy snow tomorrow. Hopefully you can stop roughing it soon!
What? It was 1 degree last night and I'm not going out to see what that feels like. I've got a comfy seat on the couch and I'll be sipping some red wine to warm up later.

Hello Karen ... I love hanging around San Diego County with 80-90 degree weather, but after a while these temps get old to me.
I have been in Alaska for over 2 months and my body adjusted to the climate within 2 weeks. Now with very little traffic, very few people and the English language spoken by 95% of the people living here, I love it

Karen not nice to rub it in. The temperature this morning was -9 degrees without a wind chill factor.

(We're cold here in Florida with temps in the 50's and 60's.)
