Highest Selling Home - The highest selling home in El Dorado Hills for January 2016 was a brand new single story custom within the gates of the Serrano Country Club on Crivelli Court. It was built on .438 acres with approximately 4,976 square feet, 4 -6 bedrooms and 5 baths and a 4-car garage.  Amenities included a guest casita, courtyard with fireplace, Savage cabinets, stone countertops, professional appliances, a wine room, walnut flooring and a covered loggie.  It sold for $1,575,000 which equates to $316.52 per square foot.   


What's Selling in El Dorado Hills - January 2016


Lowest Selling Home - The lowest selling home in El Dorado Hills for January 2016 was this two story in the Park Village neighborhood on Messa Verdes Dr.  It was built in 1978 on an approximately .51 acre cul-de-sac lot with 1,984 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.  It was a short sale and sold for $359,000 which equates to $181 per square foot.  Of the 38 sales this month there were only 3 short sales.

In general our inventory is low in El Dorado Hills for resale homes so many homes are seeing multiple offers, especially if they are priced well.  Note that of the 38 homes that sold 11 (28.9%) sold at list price or over!
