Lowest Selling Home - The lowest selling home in El Dorado Hills for January 2016 was this two story in the Park Village neighborhood on Messa Verdes Dr. It was built in 1978 on an approximately .51 acre cul-de-sac lot with 1,984 square feet, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It was a short sale and sold for $359,000 which equates to $181 per square foot. Of the 38 sales this month there were only 3 short sales.
