The Keystone Ski Resort is undoubtedly one of our favorite mountains. Apart from fantastic terrain coated with ample snow and an orientation that provides lots of sunny days and fairweather skiing and riding, Keystone offers an easily accessible location and down to earth atmosphere. Keystone may be what some consider the "quieter end of Summit" but this special environment provides a true Colorado feel while having endless resort amenities and activities readily available.
A number of different neighborhoods within the Keystone Ski Resort provide a Walk to Lifts location. Many of these properties will also enjoy pleasant mountain views and settings, many with river or wetland surroundings as well.
The River Run Village is the first to come to mind, of course. The main village and base area at Keystone presents a quaint mountain town setting with plenty of options for dinning and shopping along with activities and events that are fun for all ages. The River Run Village is home to an assortment of condo buildings that all provide amenities such as underground parking, pool and hot tub, ski storage, some will also enjoy fitness facilities and inviting lobby spaces with entertainment and game options. While many condos in the village may share similar floor-plans or layouts, every condo in the River Run Village is unique; all will enjoy different finishes and accents, deck accomodations and views.

Just beyond the the River Run Village across the Snake River are two of Keystone's preimier properties: Lone Eagle and The Timbers. These buildings offer luxury condos in a varity of sizes and floorplans just steps from the Summit Express Lift. They enjoy a quiet setting near the river and many condos will enoy a wooded setting with ski run views. Lone Eagle and The Timbers each offer a pool and hot tub along with work out facilities and underground parking for owners and guests.
The Mountain House Base Area, located between River Run and the Lakeside Village, also offers an assortments of unique properties that all provide a Walk to Lifts location. Here, there is something for everyone! From one bedroom condos to larger single family home and townhome style properties that provide outdoor living space and garages for their owners and guests. Many of these properties will enjoy enchanting views of the Snake River Wetlands and the Keystone Ski Runs. All will enjoy a pleasant stroll across maintained paths and footbridges over the wetlands to the Peru Lift at Mountain House, or a just across the way is the River Run Village offering the gondola or lift.
The luxury neighborhoods of East Keystone are also within walking distance to the lifts at the River Run Village. Here, owners and guests will enjoy serene mountain settings that are still just moments from all the action within the resort. The stroll may be a little longer distance, but maintained walking paths and beautiful surroundings make your short walk to the lifts an inspiring warm up for your day on the 
moutnain! These neighborhoods are also serviced by the Keystone Resort Shuttle that runs year round to provide transportation to any resort location.
East Keystone is one of our favorite regions in all of Summit County! Below are a few of the neighborhoods in East Keystone that can access the ski lifts via short walk on foot!
Of course, there are many other properties within the Keystone Resort Area that could walk to the lifts. These distances may be a little longer or may include the crossing of US Hwy 6.
