For the Day, 1 Up 1 Down and a Draw
It was an interesting day for myself with real estate here in Central CT. I opened up my emails this morning and received contract for a buyer client of mine. That buyer will be ecstatic as he has been looking for a home for almost a year and was reaching the point of frustration. It won't be simple, as it's a 203K purchase but we will work for a Mid April closing.

Then as I opened up the MLS I noticed a new listing that I was hoping to get for myself. The seller went back to the agent that had done nothing for him originally, and even missed the issue with the field card not matching what the house has in place. I guess you get what you deserve in the end.
My last piece of business was a consult with a potential home seller that wants to relocate. They can't decide to sell now or to rent for a while and do the relocate with the hope of selling for a better price down the road. They had all the information I felt they would need to make the decision as well as a breakdown of costs if sold at reasonable price. Decision is in their hands.
All things being considered I would take days like this more often than not.
