When you thought New York had it all, please consider that Miami at least has the weather and the standard of living that goes along with it. Developers have well understood such asset and work harder everyday towards creating the most beautiful and comfortable pads you could wish for. Who said slowdown?

Here are our favorite picks for you to invest in Magic City!

Renzo Piano is designing Eighty Seven Park, a 70-unit beachfront condo at 8701 Collins Ave. in North Beach. Apartments will measure roughly 1,400 to 7,000 sqft. American oak, Italian stone and glass walls are just some touches included in the pads’ interiors. But every condo will come with wraparound terraces from 15 to 25 ft wide that look out to panoramic vistas. You could also count a salon, a spa, a library and an enoteca for wine and food among lush green features: the lobby will hosts a leafy orangery and a permanent botanical exhibit with orchids and cacti.

Park Grove: the 3-tower and 260-unit development in Coconut Grove is being developed by Miami heavy-hitters Terra Group and The Related Group. Residences span 2,2000 to 3,6000 sqft for 1,2,3,4,5,6 bedrooms units starting at $2M. That makes many options for you to consider!

The Fort Partners are developing 4-building Surf Club Four Seasons Private Residences in Surfside. The unit mix comprises 1 to 6 bedroom and 12 penthouses, with prices now from $3.8 to $40M. There are 119 private residences, which feature floor-to-ceiling windows, custom kitchens with Boffi lacquered cabinets and terraces. Don't forget the panoramic ocean-to-bay views, 3 fitness centers, 4 heated pools and the clubroom.

The 52-story, 212-unit Ritz-Carlton Residences in Sunny Isles Beach offers all the comfort you would expect from the luxury brand: Intracoastal views, ceiling heights over 10 ft high and spacious terraces with private pools. The Arquitectonica-designed tower, with interiors by Michele Bönan, will be finished in 2018 and feature 2 to 4 bedroom units priced from $2.5 to $25M.

Not far from Brickell City Centre, 350-unit One River Point project includes two 60-story towers, which rise atop a podium and a glass sky bridge, hosting the members-only Sky Club. Apartments, which range from 1,000 to 12,000 sqft, begin at $750,000. The perks continue: units come with 10- to 12-foot ceilings, honed stone flooring, outdoor space and private pools. This feature-packed space will have another restaurant, wine cellar and tasting room, media room and a lounge…

Fasano Hotel + Residences at Shore Club will deliver 75 units and about 100 hotel rooms. Residences here, priced from $2 M, measure between 800 and 4,000 sqft with 1 to 4 bedroom It comes with custom-designed cabinets and Gaggenau appliances in the kitchens, European white oak flooring throughout, plus unobstructed ocean, bay and city views. Best of all, the Fasano will feature a 250-foot-long pool — the largest in South Beach.

The eight-story Boulevard 57 — a 105-unit condo located in Miami’s emerging Upper Eastside enclave —ranges from $600,000 to $2.7M, with homes sized from 1-bedrooms to penthouses, from 1,123 to 4,622 sqft. Wait for the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and top-of-the-line Italian kitchens. Best yet, each of the 12 penthouses will deliver a private roof terrace and plunge pool.

Looking for a 3-bedroom home on South Beach? Louver House — which is already half sold — will have 12 units in total, from 2,088 to 2,432 sqft, starting at $2.5M. Expect sound-insulated walls, a yoga studio, roof deck and an infinity-edge pool among other amenities.

Exciting!
