Ronald, It's a pretty limited opportunity, and patio homes typically don't come back on the market often.

AB, as they say "we've got this!".  And as you point out, we're not limited to any one builder since we don't work for the builder but for the buyer.

Michael, It's a specialty we've worked hard at and enjoy helping buyers find the right home and sellers get their home sold.  We know what a patio home is and how to advocate for what makes them desirable.  Too often we see patio homes listed like they're "regular" homes, and that doesn't work nearly as well.
