Just as they do every week, the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, GLAR for short have released their most recent statistics for homes sold/closed, and new listings as compared to the same week last year. And as has been the case for several months, we continue to see a reduction in new listings by the numbers, and an increase of homes sold.
For sellers, this continues to be great news since the demand for homes continues to outpace the inventory available, which is continuing to allow for an increase in prices to buy.
