I have a busy day today and hope to make it rain today.
Meeting a new buyer client who is an artist and purple heart war veteran and am looking forward to helping him purchase a new home.
Then I am volunteering later this evening with the Chicago Jazz Institute to hear a legend perform boogy woogy jazz music.

That's great Jack! I'm negotiating three offers on two of my listings, negotiating an offer for a buyer and finding more homes for my investors.
