  • the average sale price was $114,793 and the median sale price was $114,000
  • the average Days on the Market were 49 and the median days on market was 25
  • the average List Price was $118,045 with the median List Price at $114,950
  • of the 62 closings 8 of them were bank owned homes, 4 were short sales
