Gatehouse Village At Briargate is a large popular neighborhood on the northeast side of Colorado Springs. It lies to the Southwest of Powers Blvd. and Briargate parkway.

The new park will have picnic pavilions, a spray (that is not a typo) ground, fruit orchards, and multi-use sport fields, tennis courts, basketball/inline hockey court, pickle ball courts, and a playground. Venezia Park will have Colorado Springs second Universally Accessible Playground.
