Are you considering Building your next home?

The process for new construction can be quite daunting.  There are so many things to consider - Location, floorplans, HOA, Builder, finishes, affordablity, negotiating and most importantly choosing an experienced agent who can guide you through every step of the way.  The typical new construction process can take from 3 to 6 months, depending on the location, and time of year.  Spring is generally the best time to get the process started to ensure a completion by end of summer and the start of a new school year.  

To start, review the links below for current available standard new construction homes.  They vary from to be built , under consturction and move in ready.  To be built listings will have floor plan and style restrictions based on the lot and location.  Homes under construction may still have buyer options for some amenities and colors.  Move in ready are fully completed homes with very limited additional amenities that can be negotiated.  Each new development will have their own CC&Rs and Home Owner association fees.  Be sure to carefully review each of these so that you know exactly what can be expected.
