It is all about healthy eating now, right? Some "healthy" recipes you come across just make you want to quit healthy eating once and forever. This one is not one of those :) We actually made it up with kids, then ate it, then made it again to take pictures. And kids are picky eaters....
2 cups of pre-cooked quinoa (we had a mixture of white and red quinoa)
1 bunch of green onion
1 can of red kidney beans (rinsed)
1 yellow bell pepper sliced
Dump it all at the same time into a wok or high frying pan and stir fry with some oil (we used grape) until it is warm all though.
Add salt, pepper, tea spoon of soy sauce.
