Did you know your insurance claim may be DENIED?

Great post about a few things.  Insurances will deny anything if they can.  They are NOT in the business to pay out on claims.  People shouldn't think that because they are insured that they will be made whole after a "covered" event.  Again, insurance companies aren't in the business to pay out claims.  They are in the business to sell policies.

Great info, Bob.  Thanks for much for sharing!  I've been thinking about getting exterior cameras, and this gives me more fodder for thought.  

Yes, I knew that!  Years ago, I worked in claims for an insurance company!  That's good information to share.  Not everyone knows that!

Good Monday morning Bob.  I actually didn't know insurance could turn one down for this!  Good to know.  Due to several local news stories about garage door break ins I've secured ours in hopes of discouraging thugs.

Bob, great post and I will have to investiagte this sheild shown in the video. Locking all doors, windows and settin alarms is always must no matter where you live. 

The insurance claim can be denied for many reasons. And it is very frustrating. It happen to me, so i'm not a fan anymore.
