Services for Real Estate Pros with Florida Eye Tours, LLC

Have to get ready and out the door, but wanted to give you all a heads up!

I am going to shoot my fifth tour for a broker who is with Michael Saunders and Co here in Florida. He is an exceptional guy, a motivated Broker Associate who responds well to todays market. He is pulling money from print and putting it online, and I didn't even have to tell him to do that, he figured it out himself, which I think is awesome. This is the second tour from pre-paid package he bought from me and he is one of my premier clients, booking Bradenton Virtual Tours.

Where did I find this outstanding Agent? We hit the trail and beat a path to Real Estate offices, we buy list after list and hammer away on the telephone and we are active members of our respective Chambers. I found this guy through non of the above. I was on Realtor.com a couple of months ago and I came across his banner, yes, he was advertising on Realtor.com, and I called him up. I introduced myself, asked if I could send samples, called back, offered a freebie and have never looked back! We are building a super relationship and it will continue to turn into more for me becuase of his referrals. I called a number that was on a banner that was on Realtor.com. Cold calling is not dead. It can be a little daunting, but not dead yet!

Chris,

Congrats on the great new client!

If you don't mind my asking, What do you leave at the RE offices when you visit? Also, where do you buy your lists?

Thanks,

Dear Chris,

I have done that but until now most of my more active and loyal clients come from tha word of mouth of previous satisfied clients that know our company will do for them what others only promise and never provide.

Service and quality are the best tools to keep loyal customers.

Don't you love the internet!  It is the single most useful tool to someone selling anything.  Prospects galore!  Great job on beating the pavement - or umm-cyberspace.  Congratulations
