St. Ives is a beautiful course. What we have here is simply an example of supply and demand. There are so many lots for sale at the moment and not a lot of interest in building new homes. This particular lot happens to be one of the least expensive on the course. The homes here haven't dropped in value significantly, just lots. Hopefully that will change.
