It's Leap Day but don't leap into a mortgage or home loan until . . .

Mortgage and Lending with American National Bank & Trust NMLS #268590

It's February 29th, Leap Day, 2016.   Wooooo Hoooo !   Let's celebrate and make it special.   It only comes once every four years so we have to enjoy today four times as much as any other day this year.   So, . . . . . put a big smile on your face and "leap" into your day.   Make it wonderful !

Now then, let's come back down to earth for a minute.   I'm a Virginia Mortgage Loan Originator and mortgages are my thing.   I live, work and play mortgages every day, all day.   Even on Leap Day, I am here to help Virginians create Virginia Mortgages and Home Loans.

Using good sense though, you DO NOT want to "leap" into a mortgage.   It will probably be the biggest financial decision you make in your lifetime.   This is a task that requires great care and advance planning to complete.   I act as an adviser and educator as much as I do a Mortgage Loan Originator.

So, . . . . . here's the deal (no pun intended).   Before you "leap" into your mortgage, get educated.   Check out my "Virginia Mortgage Blog" and read through the relevent information.   Learn all you can so you will understand the process and be prepared to discuss your unique financial situation.

Call me with your questions and I will answer them.   That's right, I am a lender that will "leap" to the phone to respond to your query and explain how I will assist you completing the purchase or refinance you want.

American National Bank and Trust is a Virginia based community bank that has been helping Virginians for over a century.   I have been creating Virginia Mortgages and Home Loans for over 30 years and have no intention of stopping any time soon.   That proves the bank and I are here for YOU.

When you are ready to "leap" into a mortgage, remember, . . . . .

It's Leap Day but

don't leap into a mortgage or home loan

until . . . . . you talk to me !
