There are lots of SEO companies out there telling you how great there latest lead generating program is or how they guarantee they will put you on page one of Google. There are SEO Experts who make statements that Social Media is not the way to go only because they are trying to sell you something that you probably do not need. If they have to search for a form to fill out you will lose at least 75% of the 5% who do want more information.
