Specializing in Locally Grown Foods, Bakery Products, Specialty Items
It's wintertime and season in south Florida and along with that comes the Delray Beach Green Market. This is a great place to stop on Saturday mornings. The Delray Green Market has over 65 vendors featuring locally-grown foods, plants, specialty items, seafood, bakery products, prepared foods, home grown produce, soups, pastas, cheese, organic doggie treats, fresh juices and more.
I think Tweedle's Pet Products are great! I can't speak for the other vendors, but I know Dr. Nelson and Tweedle for years, and they get my vote. Everything is organic and made with love. Your furkids will thank you!
Sometimes there are pets adoptions, pets looking for their forever homes. I'll bet you'll find some other great stuff too at the Delray Green Market.
INSIDER TIPS
Bring your own water! Everyone in Delray Beach knows you can get water anywhere but do you really want to pay for it?
Bring cash. Some vendors may take credit cards, but not all, and it's usually faster if you have cash. Some vendors only take cash. Make sure you don't miss out on your favorite specialty item because you didn't bring cash. --
