The best advice I could give to new agents coming into the business--and those seasoned who may have forgotten--keep the agent on the other side of the transaction as part of your team. Remember--we are all going for the same outcome. Don't make them feel that they are not your equal--especially if it is a newer agent in the business. Work with them and help them--believe me the deal will have a better chance of closing. This agent will remember you whether they bring in a buyer for your listing or if you are the buyer's agent on one of theirs.

That is very good advise. I have been an agent for many years and it is always good when agents work together to make a sale close.
