I am excited to just see the pictures of this unique home and to learn about all the features.  Sellers and buyers must be thrilled  with the prospect of big moves ahead.  I would be curious to know if the seller is moving to a more conventional property (on land) or moving up to a bigger/better floating home.  Congratulations hope all goes well.
