Yep it's that time of year again, the Oscars. To be honest? I really don't care. There are too many award shows these days and I get award burn-out. For instance, doesn't it seem like there is a Country Music Award of somekind every month?

But....what I am enjoying, are the dresses. Love seeing the gowns and the diamonds and the hair. The women look nice too! :)

Oh, and I have to watch Chris Rock do his opening bit. Sounds like it's going to be very sharp, #oscarssowhite.

But then, I'm going to find a movie (I'm with the spirit of the evening) and pop some popcorn and enjoy a quiet evening.

So the winner is......well, me of course.

I watch the Oscars specifically for the fashion. I hadn't seen any of the movies that were up for awards and probably never will until they're available on Netflix.

Youse guys! LOL. I love watching awards shows, the Grammys, Golden Globe, Oscars. They inspire me to watch new movies, expose me to music I might otherwise not hear and they're entertaining.
