Not being able to have a directional open house sign to the property is harder it helps having these signs; some of my Buyer's have come to the open house from seeing the sign while driving by. Hopefully, the community will reconsider this for the residents.

Hi Pat,

Agreed!  But as this is a gated community, you have to have a good reason to come in.  Still, residents often stumble across an open house from directional signs, and residents are always on the lookout for homes for sale for friends and relatives still living in the frozen north.
