Median price in January was $456,000. This is down 6.9% from $490,000 in January of 2015. This is the lowest median price has been since December, 2014. 3-month median price of $500,000 in January was down a little from $552,500 in December but up just slightly from $490,000 in January of 2015. Price per square foot in January was $201. This is down from $264 in December and down from $228 in January of 2015.
Inventory
Inventory of 43 in January was up 13.2% from 38 in December and up 26.5% from 34 in January of 2015. New listings of 12 in January were way up from 3 in December and up a little from 11 in January of 2015. Months of supply of 3.8 in January was up modestly from 3.3 in December but down slightly from 4.2 in January of 2015.

Days on market of 55 in January was down considerably from 102 in December and down moderately from 80 in January of 2015. This is the lowest days on market has been since August, 2015.
