An agent in Sacramento sent me an email yesterday out of the blue to say how much I brightened his day when he ran across a pending listing in Elk Grove and read my marketing description. I could sense he was still laughing as his fingers typed.
I've received a handful of these emails since that listing went live in MLS and subsequently sold. That is nothing, though, as compared to the number of phone calls that listing has generated among Elk Grove Realtors as well as investors and buyers for fixer homes.
