CONDOMINIUM

SINGLE FAMILY HOME

If you prefer some space, a single family home is the way to go.  Maybe you want a backyard for the dog, more bedrooms for kids or have something you can grow into.   A single family home is a good option if you plan on having family or visitors coming to stay with you.  With a single family home you will be responsible for all the maintenance so if you are hands on, this is the best option for you.  While there certainly are some expensive homes in Bozeman, single family homes can still be an option for first time home buyers.
